Where is my data stored?
All simulation inputs are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is uploaded unless future optional cloud sync features are enabled.
How do I report a bug effectively?
Include: browser + version, operating system, steps to reproduce (numbered), what you expected, what happened instead, and (if possible) a screenshot or copy of any console errors.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — consumers can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal in line with Paddle Buyer Terms. See Terms & Refunds.
⚠️ Important: Requesting a refund will immediately cancel your subscription and remove all remaining days of Pro access.
Can I request a feature?
Yes — choose “Feature Request” and describe the user problem (pain / job-to-be-done), not just a UI widget. Clear problem framing leads to better solutions.
