1. Local‑First

Freelancers Calculator runs computations in your browser. Your inputs and simulation results are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit personal data for analytics.

2. Payments & Entitlements

We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record and payment processor for Pro. Paddle handles checkout, billing, and tax, and may collect billing details subject to their policy. We attach a random device identifier to link your purchase to your local app; if server validation is enabled, it is used only to validate entitlements.

3. Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. The app may use localStorage for preferences and cached computations. Paddle’s checkout may use cookies necessary for payment.

4. Email

If you contact support, we receive your email and any information you provide solely to respond to your request.

5. Data Deletion

You can clear all locally stored data via the app’s “Clear Saved” button. If you need us to remove server‑side purchase metadata, email support@freelancerscalculator.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here with an updated date.
